Capture Life Stories with Lt Film

In 2013 I started working with Joanna Crosse to help her uncover the mysteries that lay behind her Fathers adoption and her Grandmothers life - why did she give away her Son? How did she meet his Father?

From this project I began to understand the value and importance in knowing where you are from.

Joanna was unable to ask her Grandparents these questions because she never knew them. We are still discovering more today, and only last week I found another photograph (right) of her Grandmother from an old film.

It's time to ask all those questions about your family, your loved ones or you ancestors, before it is too late!

We interviewed Maurice Keen (below) about his life. He talked about how he came to live in the City of Bath and how he met his wife Iris. The first time they met he'd had a little too much to drink and she wasn't impressed, but they met again a year later at the Pavilion rollerskating and he asked if he could walk her home. They were married for 53 years until Iris died in 2005. They have 6 children, 12 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren!

With our new 'Life Stories' offering we aim to help you uncover these stories and create a film that will act as a constant reminder of the tales of someone close to you. Perhaps you know someone who lived through the World Wars? It is sad but true to say that one day we will no longer be hearing those stories first hand, and we offer you the opportunity to capture them for real and to share them with the rest of the world. Those that lived through the 20th Century saw massive changes in the world, not only through public figures, but in their own lives, revealing a whole world of wisdom.

We offer an affordable, friendly service to help you bring the stories of the past to life through film for generations to come.
